Guided by a “less is more” approach, Chef LG Han allows the quality and character of each ingredient to shine, while drawing from the culinary heritage and memories of Singapore.

Chef LG Han
In 2014, Chef Han founded Labyrinth, encapsulating his roots and memories of growing up in Singapore.
Through the years, Chef Han has focused unwaveringly on bringing new experiences to the table, challenging convention, and contributing positively to the industry. In 2017, Labyrinth was awarded the coveted Michelin star -- a recognition of a chef and restaurant whose constant explorations challenge the norms and common perceptions of food; and in so doing reshaped the culinary landscape of Singapore.
As Labyrinth approaches its 13th anniversary, Chef Han and his team continues to draw inspiration from their travels and experiences to further evolve his minimalist vision of creating a refined expression of Singapore cuisine.
